Amazing lady and trainer much preferred the small class size of just two students (compared to other course providers) was much easier to take in all the information and learn. Explained and demonstrated all the procedures so well i came away feeling confident in all aspects of the training and answered all the questions i could throw at her. was also made to feel very relaxed and comfortable during live training. All round well structured courses so glad i went with Claire highly recommended.
